Tiling & Granite Works
Quality Tiling & Stone Installations That Last
Hollow tiles, cracked grout, and lifting vinyl usually mean preparation or detailing was cut short. We supply and install marble, granite, ceramic, and vinyl for commercial and residential spaces that must perform under real footfall and wet exposure.
Materials
Marble
Precision cutting, correct adhesive, and consistent joints. Marble punishes shortcuts. We do not take them.
Granite
Dense and durable for high traffic floors and external paving. Hollow sound or uneven joints are the warning signs. Our work passes the knock test.
Ceramic
The most common finish and the most often rushed. We apply the same preparation and layout discipline to ceramic as to stone.
Vinyl
Installed to manufacturer requirements with correct subfloor preparation, where vinyl is the right system for the space.

Scope of Work
These are the issues we resolve every day. If you're experiencing any of the following, we can help.
-
New Installation Works
Full supply and install for new build, renovation, and fit out, with layout, jointing, and edges agreed before installation starts.
-
Replacement & Defect Rectification
We find out why it failed before we replace it. Movement, moisture from below, or wrong adhesive must be fixed or the new tile will fail again.
-
Tiling with Waterproofing or Refurbishment
When tiles must come up for waterproofing underneath, we manage the full scope so the system below is correct before anything goes back on top.
Client Outcomes
-
Consistent workmanship
Preparation, set out, and edge detailing done by teams who know where failures start.
-
Honest specifications
We recommend what fits the use and budget. If ceramic meets the performance need, we say so.
-
Finishes that survive real use
Footfall, wet areas, and cleaning regimes considered before we specify and install. Handover quality should still be there in year two.
